I did it, for just a couple of months.
Why I should quit:
It harms my body/ made the tip of my index finger kinda yellow-ish yuck/ super dull skin tone/ that small coughs i have at night/ made my breathing a bit heavy/ to place something 'haram'-ish between my lips yet able to pray to Him using the same mouth or lips what am i even saying haha/ my family wants me to cs it's for my own good/ future mother-in-law, whoever she is, is not gonna want her daughter-in-law to do it
Why I can't:
menstruation & the mentality that i don't need to pray hence allowing myself to feeeeeed/ busy working schedule and I got too dependent on it to relieve stress and the exhaustion/
I should stay strong tho.
